🌍 Who do we count as a tourist?

The ranking includes only international tourists, i.e. people who:
✔️ crossed the state border,
✔️ visited the capital in question for tourism, business or family purposes,
✔️ have spent at least one night In the city.

🚫 Not included: transits, airport transfers or day trips without an overnight stay.

Only official state capitals.
