Palatine Hill is not only one of the seven hills of Rome<\/strong>, but also a place associated with the legend of the founders of the Rhyme<\/strong>, because it was here in the caves that the she-wolf was supposed to feed and take care of Romulus and Remus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is one of the must-see sights, and the terrace points themselves attract many eager visitors. From a height of approx. 60 meters<\/strong> Above the city you can admire, for example Roman Forum.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is one of the places to visit free of charge<\/strong>. This vantage point is located on the the beautiful Borghese park<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The best time to visit it is at sunset, when the scenic views unfold views of Pizza del Popolo<\/strong> or Roman Prati district.<\/strong> And all this at a height of 61 meters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hill is located on the Right bank of the Tiber <\/strong>and is one of the highest viewpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the heights 81 meters <\/strong>You can enjoy a panoramic view of the city. At the top is statue of Giuseppe Gariladi<\/strong>, who united Italy and is an important historical figure. It is a popular place to admire the city just waking up at sunrise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The very entrance to the the observation deck is free<\/strong>. Also on site is tiny bar<\/strong>, where you can order an aromatic coffee or a glass of wine. This is one of the must-visit spots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4th Vittoriano (Altar of the Fatherland)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Vittoriano is a monument called Altar of the Fatherland<\/strong>, which Commemorates the unification of Italy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the observation deck located here, it is also worth visiting the Risorgimento museum<\/strong>, which commemorates the event. The Orange Garden is a place where, especially at the golden hour, you have to reckon with a fair amount of tourists<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garden <\/strong>was designed in 1932, but plantings are being made there on an ongoing basis to abundant vegetation<\/strong> delighted visitors to the site. Entrance to the observation deck is free<\/strong>, however, you have to reckon with the fact that you have to go a bit uphill. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is one of the most photographed places, but the stairs themselves sometimes discourage travelers from hiking up. But it's definitely worth it, because the views are amazing<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The entrance to the observation deck itself is free<\/strong>. Nearby is the historic Church of Trinita dei Monti<\/strong>, and at the foot of the stairs Piazza Trinita dei Monti.<\/strong> The staircase itself has 138 steps and is the longest and widest staircase in Europe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is worth going here in the morning or in the evening, when the heat is not yet annoying. No need to book tickets online<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. terrazza Caffarelli<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

On the rooftop of the historic building, you can sit back and enjoy the views stretching from the Capitoline Hill<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a small cafe, and the self entrance<\/strong> the observation deck is free<\/strong>. However, if you want to admire the sunrise it is rather not here, because the place is open 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.<\/strong>. however, it does not change the fact that the views are beautiful. There used to be a Prussian Embassy.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While here, it is worth visiting Museo Nuovo<\/strong>, which is located on the first floor of a building with a observation deck<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This place needs no introduction to anyone. St. Peter's Basilica<\/strong> is the second largest Temple in the world, and from the heights of the 137 meters<\/strong> you can admire skyline<\/strong>. To overcome 551 stairs<\/strong>, which are very narrow in places. However, the view definitely makes up for it. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a fee to enter the terrace, costs 8 or 10 euros<\/strong> - prices depend on whether one takes the entire route on foot or chooses the elevator, which shortens the stairs by almost half. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Altar of the Fatherland <\/strong>is one of the most important places for the people of Rome. The beautiful buildings and views also attract tourists<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a free viewing point in the lower part of the building, but it is worth paying the few Euros to admire the city skyline, and it is considered one of the best viewpoints.
