Wawel Castle is one of Poland's most famous cultural works, entered in the UNESCO world register of monuments<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Corpus Christi Church<\/strong> is a Roman Catholic parish church constituting a double shrine<\/strong>. This temple was founded back in 1340 by Casimir the Great. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This mound is the highest among the of the five existing in Krak\u00f3w<\/strong>. It was mounded on top of Sowiniec i.e. the highest hills of the Sowiniec Range<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the mound itself is only 35 meters <\/strong>this in combination with the aforementioned hill the total height is more than 358 meters<\/strong> Its construction took place at the end of the interwar period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, during the communist era just after the war authorities tried to remove the mound <\/strong>From the consciousness of Cracovians and the very landscape of the city. Nowadays, it is an amazing vantage point from which one can view almost all of Krakow. It offers an excellent view of St. Mary's Church, B\u0142onia or the Wawel Castle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krakus Mound <\/strong>is one of the five previously mentioned mounds that exist in Krakow. It is located in the Podg\u00f3rze district just next to the right bank of the Vistula<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Its height from the base is 16 meters<\/strong>. According to legends, the laying of this mound was linked to the figure of the the legendary ruler of the Poles<\/strong> - Kraka<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

From Wawel Castle, you can perfectly admire the mound<\/strong>, while from the top of the mound itself one can see a unique panorama of the<\/strong>. And it includes Kosciuszko Mound, Wawel Castle, Corpus Christi Church, City Hall, St. Mary's Church and St. Catherine's Church.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tourist service point on St. Mary's Tower<\/strong> It is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Sundays from 1:00 pm to 5:30 pm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Krakow's City Hall Tower is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.<\/strong>, while on Mondays from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.<\/strong>. The last entrances to the tower are half an hour before closing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kosciuszko Mound is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Currently, the main attraction of the mound is the multimedia interactive exhibition<\/strong> fixed \"Kosciuszko - a hero still needed\".<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the story of Kosciuszko, which uses elements of film, theater and computer games<\/strong>. Moreover, the main attractions of the mound are Kosciuszko Museum<\/strong>, Kosciuszko Garden, educational route and Kosciuszko Library. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Construction of the Sandomierz Tower was completed back in the 15th century. It is one of the three existing towers on Wawel Hill<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
